We exhibited at POTLUCK FES’26 Spring.

At “&mog Food Lab,” developed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan, we support the development of menus and services in collaboration with businesses that will shape the future of food.
On March 26, 2026, &mog Food Lab exhibited at “POTLUCK FES’26 Spring,” held at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu.

Bringing together various challenges emerging from all over Japan, and elevating the value of Japan as a whole—that’s the vision behind POTLUCK FES, a Japanese festival. Now in its fourth year, this year’s event featured exhibitions and product sales, as well as talk sessions and networking events.
&mog Food Lab exhibited at the newly established POTLUCK MARKET, showcasing an overview of our facility and our initiatives through displays and explanations.

We were able to widely demonstrate our ability to assist with food development projects at various scales and stages.
At “&mog Food Lab,” we support the process of turning ideas into reality through prototyping and development in the kitchen on the 4th floor, and by holding tasting events and providing practical service in the dining area on the 1st floor. It serves as a place for real-world interaction with local residents and visitors, and we are working to create opportunities for products refined at &mog Food Lab to be widely evaluated by the general public.
Mitsui Fudosan will continue to use this facility as a base to consistently support the creation and implementation of food-related projects, and to promote initiatives that connect the city and its people.
