“&mog” Food Truck to Exhibit at Taiyo Marche! A One-Day Experimental Space Connecting the City and Food “
&mog Food Lab, developed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan, supports the development of menus and services together with business operators who are responsible for the future of food.
On October 11th and 12th, 2025 , a food truck produced by &mog Food Lab was exhibited at the “Sun Marche” held at Tsukishima Second Children’s Park in Kachidoki under sunny skies.

A community collaboration event in the Kachidoki district hosted by Mitsui Fudosan Residential , and is positioned as an experimental effort to connect urban life with food practices.
&mog Food Lab offered visitors menus developed by its tenant partners as **freshly made takeout**. There were many families with small children in particular, and the day was lively from start to finish.

The food truck offered original drinks and light meal menus incorporating domestically produced and fermented ingredients. The response was far greater than expected, and the event was so successful that some items were sold out by the morning .
Not only did it provide a connection with the local community, but it also provided a great opportunity for exhibitors to learn and test their products as a “city center sales channel” where they could actually implement a series of processes such as test sales, feedback, and further refinement.

&mog will continue to develop projects in various locations that connect “making,” “testing,” and “delivering” within cities. Please look forward to our next initiative!
