&BIZ Well-being Festival & mog kitchen car exhibited at ” Connecting with the city, a well-being dining experience .”

&mog Food Lab, developed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan, supports the development of menus and services together with business operators who are responsible for the future of food.

With a food truck at the &BIZ Well-being Festival, held at Nihonbashi Daiyan Hiroba in October 2025. This event was a new urban festival that involved workers, visitors, and the city, with the theme of “well-being that delights the mind and body.”

Offered takeaway biscuits developed and prototyped in-house , as well as meal menus made using machines .

In the pleasant autumn weather, many office workers stopped by during weekday lunches and evenings, enjoying a relaxing and conversational time over healthy meals .

The products exhibited this time were menu items that had been developed, prototyped, and improved in &mog Food Lab’s 4th floor “KITCHEN” and 1st floor “DINING.” It was a great success that these products reached so many people as a form of “urban implementation” that allowed them to be experienced in real life in an urban space managed by Mitsui Fudosan. At the exhibition booth, people who were learning about &mog Food Lab’s efforts for the first time asked questions and listened to the behind-the-scenes stories of the development, creating many moments of “empathy” that were born in the city.

&mog Food Lab will continue to strengthen its efforts to “cultivate and deliver food ideas within the city” and support the challenges faced by food service operators and local creators. The feedback and insights gained from this exhibition will be used to shape future activities.

&mog Food Lab supports the process of turning ideas into reality through prototyping and development in the KITCHEN on the 4th floor, and tasting events and practical serving in the DINING on the 1st floor. It is a place that serves as a real point of contact with local residents and visitors, and we are working to create opportunities for the products refined at &mog Food Lab to be widely recognized by the general public.

Mitsui Fudosan will continue to use this facility as a base to consistently support the creation and implementation of food, and promote efforts to connect the city and its people.
