We set up a food truck and provided hors d’oeuvres at the “Picleball & Biz Cup in Toyosu” corporate competition.

&mog’s food truck was set up at the corporate competition PICLEBALL & BIZ CUP in Toyosu, held at Ai Plaza from Thursday, September 18th to Friday, September 19th.
&mog Food Lab, developed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan, supports the development of menus and services together with business operators who are responsible for the future of food.

The food truck at the “Corporate Competition PICLEBALL & BIZ CUP in Toyosu” sold snacks and alcoholic beverages so that people could enjoy watching the games. We also provided hors d’oeuvres for the social gathering held after the tournament, providing an opportunity for people to meet new people through sports and food.
The menu includes “Fried Pickleballs” inspired by the balls used in pickleball, “Fried Octopus” which was well received at the previous Big Roof Festival, and refreshing pineapple soda that will make you feel the summer.

A classic summer double of edamame and corn!
Inspired by the balls actually used in pickleball.

This dish is addictive with its spicy kick.
A snack that was very popular at the Big Roof Festival.

A perfect harmony of sweetness and sourness.
The refreshing taste of summer makes it perfect as a palate cleanser or for a drink after sports.
Unfortunately, it rained on the first day, which separated the food trucks from the venue, but the weather was fine on the second day, and participants enjoyed a friendly atmosphere as they competed in heated matches in the mild autumn weather.
At the social gathering, we also got a glimpse of how the sport of pickleball and food can create new connections that transcend corporate boundaries.

&mog Food Lab supports the process of turning ideas into reality through prototyping and development in the KITCHEN on the 4th floor, and tasting events and practical serving in the DINING on the 1st floor. It is a place that serves as a real point of contact with local residents and visitors, and we are working to create opportunities for the products refined at &mog Food Lab to be widely recognized by the general public.
Mitsui Fudosan will continue to use this facility as a base to consistently support the creation and implementation of food, and promote efforts to connect the city and its people.
If you are interested in product test marketing, urban implementation, or the &mog Food Lab, utilizing the Nihonbashi area and Mitsui Fudosan’s assets, please contact us using the inquiry form on our official website.
