We exhibited at the ” Big Roof Festival 2025″ as “Outcall! Food Association Izakaya presented by & mog Mitsui Fudosan.”

Big Roof Festival 2025 ” was held at the Coredo Muromachi Terrace Big Roof Plaza from Thursday , August 7th to Friday, August 8th, 2025, where food companies supported by & mog set up stalls and provided products developed at the &mog Food Lab .

&mog Food Lab, developed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan, supports the development of menus and services together with business operators who are responsible for the future of food.

The Big Roof Festival 2025 , Vietnamese tea specialty shop Tihn will be offering refreshing cold-brewed teas perfect for the hot season. They feature a fruity Muscat-like aroma and a refreshing sweetness. They offer two varieties: Dragon Claw, which enhances its refreshing aroma when brewed in water, and Champaka Green Tea , which is green tea flavored with the tropical plant Champaka flowers .

We also sold a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, food, and desserts, including Cafe Tanaka cookies, two types of rosé wine, and Nihonbashi-themed items such as fried octopus skewers and fried horse mackerel.

Supports the process of turning ideas into reality through prototyping and development in the KITCHEN on the fourth floor, and tasting events and practical serving in the DINING on the first floor. The exhibit at this year’s “O-Yane Festival” was a forum for real contact with local residents and visitors, and also a valuable opportunity for the products refined at &mog Food Lab to be widely recognized by the general public.

Mitsui Fudosan will continue to use this facility as a base to consistently support the creation and implementation of food, and to advance efforts to connect the city and its people.
