[Supporting the exhibit at Nihonbashi Kusare Market – an urban implementation initiative that connects with the city ] Food and drink prototypes created at &mog Food Lab will be sold

We supported the sale of menu items prototyped by &mog Food Lab at the 9th Nihonbashi Kusare Market , which was held at the special venue on Ebisu Street in Odenmacho.

In this initiative, we supported &mog Food Lab users in setting up stalls at events in Nihonbashi. By connecting them to events in the Nihonbashi area, we were able to create test marketing and sales opportunities, and by actually delivering products to people in the area, we provided an opportunity for the developed food ideas to be implemented in the city .

The vegan muffins provided by the customer this time were sold with the concept of being kind to both the body and the earth.

&mog Food Lab is equipped with facilities for menu development in the KITCHEN on the 4th floor for hourly use and DINING on the 1st floor. For the menus that have actually been developed, &mog Food Lab will provide support such as connecting them to sales opportunities, providing one-stop support for food products and services from the birth of an idea to their implementation in the city. This is part of the support that utilizes the facilities provided by &mog Food Lab, such as the KITCHEN and DINING, and is positioned as a project linked to the urban development promoted by Mitsui Fudosan. Going forward, &mog Food Lab will continue to work with local job and business partners to create a place where new food challenges can be put into practice and connected to the city.

If you are interested in test marketing a product or implementing it in the city utilizing the assets of Nihonbashi and Mitsui Fudosan, please contact us using the inquiry form on our official website.
