[Bringing sweets made with new ingredients to the city] Sakura sweets produced by &mog will be sold at SAKURA FES NIHONBASHI 2025

At SAKURA FES NIHONBASHI 2025, held at the Oyane Hiroba from Friday, April 4th to Sunday, April 6th, we produced the “Sakura Sweets Cafe” offering sweets made with new ingredients, and opened a limited-time stall. In this initiative, we set up a food truck to coincide with the cherry blossom season in order to deliver sweets made with new ingredients from &mog-related companies to as many people as possible. It was an opportunity for people visiting Nihonbashi to experience new food possibilities through cherry blossom sweets.

The menu includes “Matcha Oat Cream Latte,” which combines fragrant matcha with vegetable oat cream, “The Rice Creamery Honohana ~The Original~ Limited Sakura Flavor Arrangement,” which combines rice ice cream with salted cherry blossoms, and “kin-pun Sakura Financier Yae Murasaki Sakura,” which combines the flavor of kin-pun natto bacteria powder, a new protein ingredient, with cherry blossoms as the base. In addition, the “Premium Nihonbashi Sakura Parfait,” which uses the 1,000 yen strawberry “First Love Fragrance” and new ingredients in a luxurious way, has received a lot of attention as a limited-edition special menu.

Matcha oat cream latte ¥600 (tax included)

A gentle drink that combines fragrant matcha with plant-based oat cream. The natural sweetness and richness of the oats enhance the flavor of the matcha, allowing you to enjoy a mellow taste.

The Rice Creamery Honohana ~The Original~ Limited Edition Sakura Flavor Arrangement ¥600 (tax included)

Mild-tasting rice ice cream is combined with salted cherry blossoms and petals. The flavors of rice and cherry blossoms blend together to create a Japanese-style flavor similar to sakura mochi. This arrangement brings out the deliciousness of the rice ice cream.

kin-pun Sakura Financier Double Purple Cherry Blossom ¥500 (tax included)

“kin-pun financier” is inspired by double cherry blossoms. It is an original financier made with natto bacteria and cherry blossoms as a base, and a marriage of eight different scents.

Premium Nihonbashi SAKURA Parfait ¥5,000 (tax included)

It uses cherry-colored strawberries, “First Love Fragrance,” which cost 1,000 yen each, a specially made vegetable cream made from oats, and a generous amount of vegetable ice cream made with food tech technology that allows you to enjoy the sweetness and chewy texture of rice as it is. This is a premium parfait that is only available at this year’s Sakura Sweets Cafe, and is available for a limited time and in limited quantities.

&mog provides one-stop support for food products and services, from the idea to their implementation in the city.
