[Test Marketing Support] Aim Services sells plant-based ramen!

&mog provides business development support to players who develop food products and services through urban development in Nihonbashi.

Aim Service Co., Ltd., which operates a school lunch business, will open a pop-up store for “TENPLANT,” a plant-based ramen that uses only plant-derived raw materials and ingredients, in Shimokitazawa for a limited time from November 1st to 8th, 2024.

This pop-up store sells two types of ramen: ① Italian Tomato Ramen and ② Dandan Noodles. The Italian Tomato Ramen is topped with colorful ingredients containing 10 ingredients that are said to be good for the skin. Although it is a plant-based ramen that uses only plant-derived raw materials and ingredients, it is a bowl that pursues deliciousness in terms of taste, aroma, and texture by sprinkling truffle oil on the tomato-based soup.

In fact, the idea to sell Italian Tomato Ramen in a pop-up store came from an exhibition on next-generation foods at the “Tokyo Food Meetup” held by &mog in Nihonbashi. At the event, Aim Services offered two types of ramen, Italian Tomato Ramen and Basil Ramen, which they were developing, and after conducting tastings and surveys with a wide range of people, from restaurant owners to Generation Z, the decision was made to sell Italian Tomato Ramen in a pop-up store.

We believe that using Tokyo Food Meetup as a test marketing opportunity, one step before selling to consumers, led to supporting business development.

&mog also offers test marketing opportunities other than exhibitions, so please contact us using the inquiry form.
