[Bringing the food of the future to the city] SKSJ2024 collaboration menus available at restaurants

At SKS JAPAN 2024, held in Nihonbashi from October 24th to October 27th, &mog cooperated with Food Association Nihonbashi to offer a special &mog menu, “A special dinner/lunch to taste the food of the future.”

The course focused on next-generation ingredients developed by food players, from startups to major corporations. Participants were not confined to the SKSJ venue, but were able to experience the future of food as a part of their daily lives at restaurants in the city.

The menu included a Japanese-style carpaccio of MSC-certified salmon combined with Miraikura (Nichirei) and Umamo (AlgaleX), as well as a plant-based dessert of egg- and dairy-free roll cake and low-sugar apple.

&mog provides one-stop support for food products and services, from the idea to their implementation in the city. We view this initiative as one example of urban implementation, and we would like to make this an initiative that is conscious of connecting with the city, in collaboration with assets operated by Mitsui Fudosan and restaurants that are our urban development partners.
