&mog Food Lab, developed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan, supports the development of menus and services together with business operators who are responsible for the future of food.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Nihonbashi Beverage Association, this event was held with the cooperation of COLDRAW, who sold 100th anniversary premium drinks. In addition, with the cooperation of mitaseru , a carefully selected gourmet mail-order service , we offered a variety of flavors from famous Nihonbashi restaurants.


The non-alcoholic drinks, which were created to match the flavors of this long-established Nihonbashi restaurant, were enjoyed by many customers.
Because it is non-alcoholic, it is easy for people who want to avoid alcohol or who just want to enjoy a drink to pick it up, and its “newness” and “casualness” have resonated with many people.

The “Kinmokusei Sen” was particularly well-received for its unique fermented flavor, sourness, and lingering aftertaste, with many comments such as “It’s a taste I’ve never had before” and “A new fusion of Japanese taste and drink.” The Shiso Ume Black Tea and Yuzu Ka Matcha were also highly praised for their autumnal aromas and the Japanese elements that make you want to experience them in the season.



Utilizing the shared kitchen facilities of &mog Food Lab, we have established a joint development and prototyping system with restaurants. Recipes are designed with the flavors of Nihonbashi’s long-established restaurants and the history of the area in mind.
